   It is my firm belief that two knives should be used for the processing of a big game animals.  A large knife for Skinning & Quartering...and a small knife for such uses as, breaking through the hide, belly opening, and other detail work. However, this design might even serve for skinning a Deer.   
 * There are so many different ways to hold this knife because of all the dips, curves and integral wood-steel guards. Because of this...it is not generally held in the standard way and seems to work for all hand sizes...from small to extra large.  The unique double dip on the back of blade offers many possibilities for finger placement and superior blade control.

 * The Super High Mirror Polish blade gives you less resistance & will Glide through the meat.  Hollow ground also aids the ease of cut, & is easier to sharpen.

 *  High Grade Stainless Steel that has been Cryo Heat Treated for higher Rockwell hardness, creating a long lasting edge that is Razor sharp.

 *  Comes standard with Cross Draw sheath.
